Service Wallet Top up

On this page, you can top-up your service wallets.

To top-up your service wallet, follow these steps:

1. Choose a service wallet you want to top-up and click Next.
2. For the selected service wallet, choose your preferred top-up option and click Next.
3. Choose a payment method to pay for the service. To obtain more information on how to configure online payments, refer to the Payment Info page. Alternatively, you can transfer money from your balance. To do this, select the Transfer the amount from your balance option.
4. Click Pay Now.

Service wallet top ups using payment processors with external authorization

You can top up your service wallets by using payment processors that have external authorization such as PayPal, Moneybookers and PayArena.

NOTE: The PayNearMe external payment processor does not support service wallet top-up transactions and therefore cannot be used for service wallet top ups.

When you initiate a top up from the self-care interface, the system redirects you to the payment processor portal to provide credit card information and confirm payment. Upon payment processing, you are redirected back to the self-care interface where you can view the updated service wallet’s balance.
