This page allows you to transfer funds and airtime (minutes, SMSs, GB,
etc.) from your service wallet.
How to transfer available funds
This option is available only if you have a debit type of account and
your service provider permits you to transfer and receive money.
Type in the recipient’s phone number or account ID.
Click the Find button.
Select Transfer Main Balance Funds and click Next.
Type in how much money you wish to transfer.
Leave a comment in the Comment field if necessary.
Click Request Verification Code. You will receive
the code either via email or in an SMS.
Type the verification code into the field below (for security purposes
the code expires in 3 minutes).
Click Next.
On the confirmation page, click Transfer.
How to transfer airtime from the service wallet
Transferring airtime involves the transfer of the contents of any service
wallet – minutes for calls, number of SMSs, GB of Internet traffic, etc.
The transfer is only allowed among end users with identical service wallets.
Type in the recipient’s phone number or account ID.
Click the Find button.
Choose Transfer Service Wallet contents and click
Next.
Type in how many minutes, SMSs, GB etc. to transfer.
Leave a comment in the Comment field if necessary.
Click Request Verification Code. You will receive
the code either via email or in an SMS.
Type the code into the field below (for security purposes the code
expires in 3 minutes).
Click Next.
On the confirmation page, click Transfer.
How to add a recipient to the favorites list
To gather all desired contacts in one place, create a favorites list.
Check the Save Recipient Account Info box when
starting the transfer.
Finish the transaction.
A recipient’s contact information is only saved after you transfer funds
or airtime.
