Main Menu

The front-end design and functionality of vendor self-care interface is simple and intuitive. Divided into two functional blocks the links load pages containing tools for maintaining the system and viewing statistics. Each second level page contains a link back to the home page.

 

The two functional areas are:

Management

Normal system maintenance tasks, such as changing password and vendor info.

Statistics

Statistics xDR Browser and downloadable reports in .csv format.

 

All of the functions available from the home page are also available from the drop-down menus.

 

The top right-hand side of the interface provides users with the following information:

 

 

The toolbar often also shows a list of available actions relative to the current page:

 

 

This toolbar acts as the equivalent of the “File” menu for the application, i.e. the usual location for the “Save”, “Close” and “Add” operations.
