can view a list of all your callshops. Use the Search
field to filter callshops by name.

the View icon to go to the xDR view page.
Callshop Name
The callshop’s
name.
Booths
Click
the Booths icon to go to the Booths
Management page (for callshops).
If there are no booths under the callshop, the icon changes
accordingly to ,
so that you can easily see this.
Currency
The currency
in which the callshop’s account is maintained and billed.
Email
Email
contact for this callshop.
Status
The status
of the callshop.
The Permanently Terminated icon means that
this callshop was closed. (1)
The Blocked icon means that all of this callshop’s
accounts have been administratively blocked. Note that
subscription fees still apply to blocked callshops, consequently
they continue to receive invoices. This callshop has no
access to their self-care pages. (2)
The Suspended icon means all services to
this callshop have been suspended because of an overdue
invoice. (3)
The Provisionally
Terminated icon means that callshop’s activities
were temporally stopped. (4)
The Credit Exceeded icon will appear if the
callshop’s credit has been exceeded. (5)
The Suspension
Delayed icon means that callshop suspension was
delayed. (6)
Note that only one status is displayed.
What status is displayed depends on its priority. In the above
list, the status priority is indicated in the parentheses
(1 corresponds to the highest priority).
Delete
Click
theDelete icon
to remove the callshop. The delete icon will only appear if
there are no xDRs, booths owned by the callshop, or other
entities managed by the callshop.
How to add a new
callshop
To add a new callshop,
click Add
on the toolbar and fill the required details on the Add / Edit Callshop
page.
