This user-friendly wizard is designed to empower non-technical users to manage the onboarding of new clients. It allows you to outsource both the creation of new PBX instances and the management of existing ones to junior personnel, resellers, or even end customers. What previously took several hours can now be completed in just 10-30 clicks (yes, we counted!). You can also use this wizard to migrate customers from other systems (like BroadSoft, Avaya, or Metaswitch) to PortaSwitch or to build integrations with other applications – like CRM, accounting, ticketing systems, or number portability management. Even non-developers can create basic integrations!
Here are just a few examples of what our cloud PBX onboarding wizard can help you with:
